1. Booking & Payments
- To confirm your booking on Yayavari Experience, an advance payment is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid directly to the homestay host upon check-in.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policies
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
- As our homestays are located in the holy city of Mahakal, we kindly request all guests to strictly refrain from alcohol consumption, smoking, and non-vegetarian food inside the premises.
- Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and respect the local culture and neighborhood.
- Any damage caused to the property or its belongings by the guest will be billed directly to the guest before check-out.
5. Right to Refusal
- The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation if guests fail to provide valid ID proofs, exhibit unruly behavior, or violate the property's core policies (e.g., bringing prohibited items).
- In such cases of refusal due to policy violation, no refunds will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Yayavari Experience acts as a booking platform connecting guests with verified local hosts. We are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
- We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions).
